Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plavo mobile application and related services. By using Plavo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Plavo is a care coordination tool for families. It helps you record and share medication schedules, tasks, appointments, and related information with members of a care circle.
Plavo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for verifying medications and care decisions with a licensed healthcare professional or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for how care is administered. Keep your login credentials secure and invite only people you trust to your care circle.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data without authorization, interfere with the operation of Plavo, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
Optional paid features may be offered through in-app purchase. Payment processing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms and policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Disclaimer of warranties
Plavo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plavo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for medical outcomes arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid fees.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Plavo and delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the app and at plavo.dev. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
